I'm on a mission to help transform the toxic, high-pressure working culture of TV and Media into a more human, empowering place to thrive.

With 15+ years' experience in development, production, and leadership roles - including producing shows for BBC, ITV, C4 and more - I've seen first-hand the pressures of building a career in TV and Film.
Now, through coaching, I help individuals and organisations create more supportive and empowering ways of working that fuel professional growth and personal wellbeing.

Championing Growth & Empowerment

-
I'm deeply interested in evolving our working culture and have given talks at and working with Edinburgh TV Festival, LOCO Film Festival, CTBF, BAFTA Guru, RTS, North East Screen, The Smalls Film Festival, and on the jury for the BAFTA TV Awards and BAFTA Rocliffe New Writing.

I'm committed to championing minority voices and boosting the support of women in competitive industries as much as possible. To this end, I've helped set up an inclusive coaching space for women to be supported as they rise within the industry and helped set up the Betty and Peter script writing programme, launching new script writers into the industry. I also feature in the Dove TV campaign, speaking on empowering women and their representation on our screens and on ITV news speaking on expanding regional support for our industry.
